Tekst raised $13.5M in Series A funding to build Process Intelligence for the agentic era. We build the context layer that lets AI agents work reliably on back-office processes at scale. Enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia use Tekst to automate processes that actually matter.
The Role
As a Solution Engineer (Presales), you work closely with our Account Executives to help enterprise prospects understand how Tekst fits their environment. You lead technical discovery, build proof-of-concepts, and translate business challenges into a credible technical solution.
What you'll do
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise in customer conversations
Lead discovery sessions with customer IT architects to understand their existing systems and design how Tekst integrates
Build proof-of-concepts and custom demos, using scripting and APIs, to show automation impact on the customer's own data
Qualify use cases together with the customer and Account Executive
Explain our architecture, data handling and security approach to help customers evaluate the platform with confidence
Share what you learn in the field with Engineering and Product to help shape the roadmap

Requirements
2-5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript)
Able to speak credibly with both technical (CTO) and business (Head of Operations) stakeholders
Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and shaping a clear solution
Strong presentation skills; able to explain complex AI concepts simply and clearly
