 Tekst raised $13.5M in Series A funding to build Process Intelligence for the agentic era. We build the context layer that lets AI agents work reliably on back-office processes at scale. Enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia use Tekst to automate processes that actually matter.
The Role
 As a Solution Engineer (Presales), you work closely with our Account Executives to help enterprise prospects understand how Tekst fits their environment. You lead technical discovery, build proof-of-concepts, and translate business challenges into a credible technical solution.
What you'll do

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise in customer conversations

  • Lead discovery sessions with customer IT architects to understand their existing systems and design how Tekst integrates

  • Build proof-of-concepts and custom demos, using scripting and APIs, to show automation impact on the customer's own data

  • Qualify use cases together with the customer and Account Executive

  • Explain our architecture, data handling and security approach to help customers evaluate the platform with confidence

  • Share what you learn in the field with Engineering and Product to help shape the roadmap

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS

  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript)

  • Able to speak credibly with both technical (CTO) and business (Head of Operations) stakeholders

  • Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and shaping a clear solution

  • Strong presentation skills; able to explain complex AI concepts simply and clearly
