The Role
As our first Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be the force that makes our sales team faster, sharper and better equipped to win. You'll own the full enablement journey; from onboarding new BDRs and AEs to making sure every rep knows exactly how to position our latest products. We're scaling fast across Europe with a hybrid, internationally distributed sales team, and we need someone who can turn great salespeople into exceptional ones, whether they're sitting next to you in Ghent or closing deals from London or Amsterdam.

What will you be doing?

  • Onboard and ramp: Design and run structured onboarding programs for both BDR and AE profiles, making sure every new hire hits the ground running and reaches full productivity as fast as possible, remotely or in person

  • MEDDIC champion: Embed MEDDIC across the sales team; training, coaching and certifying reps so qualification becomes second nature at every stage of the funnel

  • Keep sales sharp on product: Work closely with Product and Marketing to translate our roadmap into clear, compelling sales narratives; so every rep always knows how to position our latest features and capabilities

  • Build the playbooks: Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, objection handling guides and other enablement materials that reps actually use and that work just as well in a virtual setting as face-to-face

  • Coach continuously: Run regular training sessions, call reviews and workshops to keep the team growing; both individually and collectively, across time zones and locations

  • Measure what matters: Track enablement impact through ramp time, quota attainment and pipeline quality, and iterate based on what the data tells you

  • Enable virtually: Design and deliver engaging virtual training and coaching sessions that land just as powerfully as in-person, mastering the tools and formats that keep a distributed team sharp and connected

Job requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • MEDDIC certified or deep hands-on experience applying and coaching MEDDIC (or a similar enterprise sales methodology) across a sales team

  • Onboarding expertise: Proven track record of designing and running onboarding programs for both BDR and AE profiles

  • Product translation: Ability to take complex product updates and turn them into crisp, usable sales content

  • Communication: Excellent English skills; you can train a room, write a playbook and coach 1-on-1 with equal ease

  • Data-driven: You measure the impact of your work and use it to improve

  • Startup mindset: Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed matters

Language: Fluent in English, Dutch is a very big plus.
