The Role
As our founding Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance and Leadership, making sure our data is clean, our systems talk to each other, and our revenue teams have everything they need to scale. We're growing fast and need someone who thrives on turning chaos into clarity.

What will you be doing?

  • Own our RevOps stack: Be the go-to expert in HubSpot; managing integrations, keeping our data clean and ensuring every team works from a single source of truth

  • Power our reporting: Build and maintain financial and sales dashboards that give our CEO, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and Finance real-time visibility on performance, pipeline and forecasting

  • Support our growth plans: Work closely with leadership to build out our country plans, TAM/TAL analysis and the operational infrastructure needed to enter new markets

  • Commission tracking: Design, track and administer our sales commission structures, making sure every rep knows exactly where they stand

  • AI-first mindset: Continuously evaluate and integrate the latest AI tools to automate manual workflows and make our revenue teams more efficient

  • Partner infrastructure: Set up and maintain our partner portal to support our growing ecosystem (nice to have)

Job requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related analytical role in a SaaS or tech environment

  • HubSpot: You know HubSpot inside out; from pipeline management and reporting to integrations and automation workflows

  • Analytical: Strong with data; you can build a dashboard, spot an anomaly and tell the story behind the numbers

  • Commercial understanding: You understand how a B2B revenue funnel works and can translate that into operational processes

  • AI-curious: You actively explore new tools and aren't afraid to experiment with AI to make processes smarter and faster

  • Communication: Excellent English skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders including C-level

  • Bonus: Experience with partner portals, commission tooling or scaling RevOps in a fast-growing international environment

  • Language: Fluent in English, Dutch is a very big plus.
