Recruiter

Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Recruiter. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment cycle and help us build the team that takes Tekst to the next level.

What you'll be doing
As part of the People & Operations team, you will be working closely with Team Leads to:

• Own end-to-end recruitment: from defining candidate personas and scorecards to sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.

• Proactively source scarce profiles across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

• Build and optimize scalable recruitment processes and pipelines.

• Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience to attract talent that truly fits our mission.

• At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in a scale-up or tech environment.

• A flexible attitude and strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools (like Recruitee, LinkedIn Recruiter) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

• Proficiency in written and verbal English skills, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
