At Tekst, we just raised $13.5M in Series A funding to rebuild Process Intelligence for the Agentic era. We're building the context layer that allows AI agents to work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter. With enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia, we are cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, measurable automation.

Enterprise transformation is never a solo act. The CFO who buys Tekst already runs on SAP. The Operations leader who champions us already trusts a consulting partner to deliver. The biggest deals in our pipeline are not won by us alone. They are won when a platform AE introduces us into an account, when a partner pulls us into their RFP response, when a boutique transformation firm picks Tekst as the Process Intelligence layer inside their delivery model. This role exists to build those relationships, formalize them, and turn them into pipeline.
What you'll be doing
As part of the GTM team, you will own how Tekst shows up inside the ecosystems our buyers already live in:
Build and run our platform alliances with the CRM and ERP players that sit at the heart of enterprise back offices. Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft etc. From joint solution plays to co-selling motions to marketplace presence on SAP Store and AppExchange.
Develop our consulting and SI partnerships with the Big Four, the strategy houses, and the boutique transformation firms that own the rooms where Process Intelligence decisions get made. Joint RFPs, joint pursuits, joint references.
Work hand in hand with Sales on co-selling: account mapping with partner AEs, joint pipeline reviews, and deal-level orchestration whenever a partner is in the seat next to us.
Own the operational backbone of the partner program: partner agreements, enablement materials, certification paths, deal registration, the partner portal, and MDF where it makes sense.
Partner with Product Marketing and Product to make sure our partners can tell the Tekst story themselves, with the right collateral, the right demos, and the right proof points for each ecosystem.
Represent Tekst at the partner-led moments that matter: SAP Sapphire, Dreamforce, partner kickoffs, consulting firm internal sales days.

Job requirements
At least 3 years in B2B SaaS partnerships, alliances, or channel sales.
Hands-on experience with both platform alliances and consulting/SI partnerships.
Proven track record of turning partnerships into measurable pipeline. You can show what worked and what didn't.
Strong project management instincts. You run multiple partner relationships at different stages without dropping a detail.
Comfortable working closely with Sales. Partnerships fail when partner managers and AEs don't operate as one.
Commercial instinct. You can read a deal and spot where a partner unlocks it.
Proficiency in written and verbal English. Dutch is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally, roughly 25 to 30% of the year, wherever our partners and joint customers are.
