Tekst is on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Lead who gets energized by growth engines, not just growth goals. At Tekst, our mission is to eliminate boring work from enterprise operations. As a Marketing Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in turning our AI automation story into measurable pipeline by building the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that make campaigns actually work.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Marketing team you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales to:

  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows, ensuring leads flow smoothly through the funnel with proper tracking, scoring, and routing

  • Own campaign performance dashboards, attribution logic, and the reporting that helps us make smarter decisions

  • Orchestrate our event strategy including our Customer Club gatherings and bi-yearly Contekst conference, ensuring seamless execution from registration to follow-up

  • Partner with Sales on lead scoring models, data enrichment strategies, and CRM hygiene to ensure high-quality handoffs

  • Optimize website conversion flows and landing page performance through systematic CRO testing and iteration

  • Execute campaigns through strategic list building, audience segmentation, and precise targeting

  • Structure, tag and organize content to make it discoverable in Generative AI tools (GEO) like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity

Job requirements

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 2–5 years of marketing operations or growth marketing experience, including hands-on work with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

  • Experience thriving in an early-stage or fast-growth company environment

  • Demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates, campaign performance, and marketing-to-sales pipeline efficiency

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards, interpret data, and translate insights into action

  • Proficiency with modern marketing and data tools (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
