Frontend Engineer (Sr.)

Tekst is on the lookout for a rockstar Front-End Developer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead our front-end architecture, operations and vision. This role will net you a unique position in a successful enterprise-focused startup. What will you be doing?

As part of the Engineering team, you will lead front-end initiatives:

• Create unique data visualizations for over 10M conversational data points

• Design compelling and clear user experiences for process automation

• Mature a snappy and delightful SaaS product with robust automated quality assurance

• Review code and work in a high-quality, product-focused team

• Lead front-end architecture decisions and mentor other developers

• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape user experience strategy

What skills and experience do you need?

• At least 5 years of professional front-end development experience

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript

• Proficiency in React

• Proficiency in design and styling with Tailwind or equivalent frameworks

• Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption

• Experience with data visualization

• Experience in frontend end-to-end testing

• Experience with Python and backend API development

• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent mentorship and leadership abilities

• A learning mindset and willingness to tackle technical challenges
