Job description

Field Marketer

We are rebuilding Process Intelligence for the agentic era. This layer finally lets AI agents work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter.

Enterprise deals do not start with a click. They start with a conversation. A handshake at a conference. A roundtable dinner where a CIO finally hears a story that explains the gap between the AI promise and their reality. A breakfast session where an Operations leader meets the team that already cracked it for Becton Dickinson and Nokia. This role exists to make those moments happen, in the right rooms, with the right people, at scale.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Marketing team, you will own how Tekst shows up in the physical world:

  • Build and run our own event program: executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, customer summits, and a flagship Tekst moment when the time is right.

  • Activate Tekst at the global third party events that matter for our category. SSON, Gartner, Breakbulk, and the industry specific moments where our buyers gather.

  • Work hand in hand with Sales to turn every event into pipeline, from target account lists to pre-event outreach to post-event follow up.

  • Own the operational backbone: venues, suppliers, stand design, swag, speaker prep, show flow. Quality is the brand at events, and it starts with the details.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to make sure every event tells the same Process Intelligence story, adapted to the audience in the room.

What's in it for you

  • A category to build

  • Equity and competitive salary.

  • Real budget, real ownership, and an executive team that takes events seriously.

  • The chance to design an event program from scratch, not maintain an inherited calendar.

  • Learning and development opportunities, plus the chance to work alongside the best operators we can find.

  • Fun teambuildings, social and sports activities.

  • Nice office with great coffee.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing or event marketing

  • Hands-on experience running both proprietary events and large scale third party activations.

  • Proven track record of turning events into measurable pipeline. You can show what worked, what didn't, and why.

  • Strong project management instincts. You can run five events at different stages without dropping a detail.

  • Comfortable working closely with Sales. Field marketing fails when those two functions don't operate as one.

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel internationally. Roughly 25 to 30% of the year on the road.
