The Team

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be a key player on our Sales team, working directly with the Head of Sales. You'll be supported by our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams, and you'll have the autonomy to shape your territory strategy while contributing to our explosive growth trajectory.

The Role

Your primary objective is to land new logos and drive ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth in your assigned territory. You'll be an integral part of our strategy for expanding market share through targeted client acquisitions and building lasting customer relationships.


What will you be doing?

  • Hunt and close: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue targets, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth strategies

  • Drive new business acquisition: Discover and pursue new opportunities in your territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building

  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to close, you'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging with all levels of target organizations up to C-level

  • Articulate business value: Deliver compelling, use case-specific demos that demonstrate how Tekst solves real business problems for director, VP, and C-level executives

  • Partner for success: Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities within your accounts

  • Forecast and track: Maintain detailed opportunity records including use cases, timelines, and accurate forecasting to ensure effective pipeline management

  • Expand strategically: Drive account expansion and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value

Job requirements

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Experience: 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales with a proven track record of success

  • Track record: Consistent achievement of 5-/6-figure enterprise deals and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas

  • Executive presence: Being able to vision cast and experience engaging with and influencing director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.

  • Startup mindset: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment where you'll wear multiple hats and adapt quickly

  • Pipeline builder: Proven experience building and managing pipeline using relevant technology to maximize deal velocity

  • Team player: Experience with team selling and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Communication excellence: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal English

  • Self-starter attitude: Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Travel flexibility: Ability to travel regularly either to our HQ in Ghent, Belgium or in-market to meet with prospects and customers

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or AI-focused solutions

  • Experience selling to production or services industries

  • Experience with partner ecosystems and channel sales

  • Proficiency in additional European languages

  • Experience using the MEDDIC framework
