At Tekst, we just raised $13.5M in Series A funding to rebuild Process Intelligence for the Agentic era. We’re building the context layer that allows AI agents to work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter. With enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia, we are cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, measurable automation.

The Role
We're expanding into the Nordics and we need a hunter who knows the territory. As our Enterprise AE for the Nordics, you'll own the full sales cycle in one of Europe's most exciting enterprise markets; building our presence from the ground up, landing new logos and driving ARR growth. This role is based at our Ghent HQ, with regular travel to your territory.

Location
This role is based in Ghent, Belgium. You'll enjoy a hybrid rhythm; balancing time at our HQ with strategic travel across the Nordics to build relationships and close deals on the ground. We're looking for someone who knows the Nordic market inside out and is comfortable operating across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the Nordics: Build our presence in the region from scratch; developing territory plans, identifying key accounts and turning prospects into long-term customers

  • Hunt for new logos: Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting, relationship building and close collaboration with our BDR team

  • Own the full sales cycle: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close, engaging with stakeholders up to C-level across Nordic organisations

  • Articulate business value: Deliver compelling, use case-specific demos that prove how Tekst solves real business problems for VP and C-level executives; in a market that expects substance over hype

  • Apply sales excellence: Use the MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities, ensure deal velocity and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting

  • Partner for success: Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure a seamless handoff and identify expansion opportunities within your accounts

Job requirements

  • Nordic market experience: You have sold into the Nordics before and understand the enterprise buying culture across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and/or Finland

  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Methodology: Demonstrated experience with MEDDIC or a similar enterprise sales framework

  • Hunter mentality: You build pipeline from scratch, open doors independently and thrive in a greenfield environment

  • Startup mindset: Comfortable operating without a big brand behind you in a fast-moving, wear-multiple-hats environment

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; you can take the "black box" feel out of AI for skeptical Nordic stakeholders

  • Languages: Fluent in English; a Scandinavian language is a bonus

  • Location: Based in the Ghent area, with regular travel to the Nordics
