Job description

Tekst is excited to expand its team with a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with our AI-powered automation platform. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, driving adoption, retention, and growth across our customers.


What will you be doing?

  • Own the complete customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion

  • Conduct strategic business reviews and demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your customer base

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs

  • Manage renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Job requirements

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project manager, or similar customer facing role

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in automation or AI

  • Strong technical aptitude - able to understand and explain complex solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer impact
