Tekst is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our AI-powered automation platform while building strong, lasting relationships.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with our clients to drive adoption and satisfaction:

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their first 90 days, ensuring smooth implementation and early wins

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts, becoming their go-to resource for product questions and strategic guidance

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential concerns before they impact satisfaction

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand evolving customer needs and identify expansion opportunities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer feature requests and communicate product updates

  • Create and maintain customer success documentation, best practices, and training materials

Job requirements

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles in SaaS/technology

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and identify trends

  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Eagerness to learn about AI and enterprise software solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
