Job description
Tekst is excited to expand its team with a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they achieve their goals with our AI-powered automation platform. You'll bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, driving adoption, retention, and growth across our customers.
What will you be doing?
Own the complete customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion
Conduct strategic business reviews and demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your customer base
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs
Manage renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Job requirements
What skills and experience do you need?
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project manager, or similar customer facing role
Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in automation or AI
Strong technical aptitude - able to understand and explain complex solutions
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer impact
