Tekst is an Agentic Process Automation leader that transforms messy inboxes, complex workflows, and siloed systems into automated enterprise workflows (across CRM/ERP systems). We use custom LLMs to mine conversations, structure emails, and launch cross-system actions in Outlook, Salesforce, SAP and beyond.

After strong traction in Europe with enterprise customers like Becton Dickinson, Mitsubishi and Nokia we’re now looking at the UK and US. To fuel our future growth, we’re hiring a BDR to join our GTM team in our Ghent HQ.

What you’ll do

  • Hunt for opportunities: identify and qualify ICP accounts through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, video and definitely phone)

  • Start smart conversations: run discovery with decision-makers at leading enterprises (From Product Owners to Ops leaders and C-level)

  • Craft compelling messages: write tight, thoughtful outbound copy that gets attention and earns meetings

  • Work closely with AEs & GTM: collaborate on ABM campaigns, custom outbound and strategic accounts

  • Become an expert in enterprise AI: learn how AI is transforming back-office workflows and how Tekst helps

  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot: log activity, track performance, and constantly improve based on data

  • Grow fast: BDRs at Tekst are fast-tracked for AE roles. If you want to close 6-figure deals, this is your launchpad
