Tekst is an Agentic Process Automation leader that transforms messy inboxes, complex workflows, and siloed systems into automated enterprise workflows (across CRM/ERP systems). We use custom LLMs to mine conversations, structure emails, and launch cross-system actions in Outlook, Salesforce, SAP and beyond.
After strong traction in Europe with enterprise customers like Becton Dickinson, Mitsubishi and Nokia we’re now looking at the UK and US. To get there, we’re hiring a world-class Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales team across regions and segments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build a high-performing sales team: hire, coach and scale AEs, BDRs and Sales Associates across Belgium, the UK and key international markets.
Guard our performance culture: foster accountability, collaboration and curiosity within the team with a strong focus on deal quality, forecasting hygiene and closing discipline. You spend 80% of your time with your team, doing deal reviews, listening to Gong calls, joining key meetings, and running hands-on coaching loops.
Drive pipeline growth: work with marketing and growth to ensure a consistent, high-quality inbound and outbound funnel.
Lead strategic deals: be present in the enterprise process, support AEs in high-stakes conversations and unblock key opportunities.
Build for scale: define scalable playbooks, pricing, compensation and forecasting models that support predictable ARR growth.
Report with confidence: own sales metrics, pipeline forecasts, and growth plans and share these with the leadership team and investors.

WHO YOU ARE
10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in leadership roles (preferably at a VC-backed scale-up)
Proven track record in scaling revenue to €10M+ ARR
Fluent in enterprise SaaS sales (bonus if you’ve sold AI or workflow automation products)
Obsessed with coaching, sales craft and process excellence
Knowledge of HubSpot, forecasting discipline, and compensation design
Comfortable in the field, close to product, and at home in the boardroom
Based in Belgium or the UK, with flexibility to travel across Europe
Fluent in English
