At Tekst, we help leading customer operations teams scale their operations. We’re growing fast — and so are our own finance operations. We're now looking for a Finance Manager to build out and own the finance function at Tekst.

You’ll be the first person fully dedicated to finance. That means owning everything from accounting and budgeting to financial modeling and forecasting. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to ensure Tekst’s financial health supports its ambition.

What will you be doing?

As Finance Manager, you’ll:

• Take ownership of accounting, budgeting, and cash flow planning
• Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with our leadership team on forecasting, runway, and fundraising
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with external accounting partners to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Build scalable financial processes and tooling for a fast-growing startup

What skills and experience do you need?

• Have experience in accounting, FP&A, or similar finance roles
• Have a sharp analytical mind and an eye for structure
• Are confident modeling different scenarios and making recommendations
• Can communicate financials clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Are proactive and enjoy building systems from the ground up
• Have worked in a startup or scale-up (or want to)
