As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join our skilled ML team working at the forefront of NLP. This role will net you a unique position in a successful enterprise-focused startup. Technical challenges

• Orchestrate the deployment and self-training of thousands of models fine-tuned on customer data
• Define benchmarks and create an MLOps workflow that analyzes models and ensures quality
• Review code and work in a high-quality, product-focused team
• Apply modern NLP capabilities while maintaining scalability and data quality

What skills and experience do you need?

• At least 2 years of practical machine learning experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with model optimization (quantization, sparsity, etc.)
• Experience in MLOps
• A learning mindset and willingness to tackle technical challenges
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
